Oh, my where do I start. After receiving news that I wouldn't be able to afford my current insurance, it became a bit stressful. And boy am I glad I did! For 27 years I had been with Geico direct for my auto insurance and happy with them. But all that changed at the end of 2023, when I added my 17 year old daughter as a teen driver, and then we each had an accident 2 months apart. First Geico surcharged me 2x’s, before the current policy period was even up, almost doubling my current rates! Then for my March 2024 renewal I got a letter saying they decided NOT to renew me! After 27 years! Instead, they were offering me a new policy with Geico Indemnity at a RIDICULOUSLY high premium. Almost 5x’s what I had been paying before! Despite my 27 year loyalty. Enter my need for a broker and Jesse and the Michael’s Group. Right from my first phone call, Jesse Michaels impressed me. I remember it was later on a Friday, yet he had the office phone forwarded to his cel and picked right up to help me. Made me feel heard and valued. Fast forward to today, and thanks to Jesse I now have new auto insurance with Progressive. Good riddance to Geico! All my dealings with Jesse and the Micheal’s Group have been so positive.
